IAM Settings

Change Realm

  • Define a unique Realm (name) as an alias for your company or account. IAM sub-users will use this Realm (name) to login to your account from IAM login page on the main page. A default Realm name is associated with each account but you can set it to something else which will be easier to remember.

Realm must contain;

  • At least 6, up to 64 characters
  • Only letters and numbers
  • Start with a letter
  • Only lowercase letters

Enforce Two-Factor Authentication

By enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your IAM users, you ensure that all newly created IAM users can only log in with enhanced security. 2FA requires not only a password but also an additional verification method, providing an extra layer of security. This makes your accounts more secure and allows you to manage your processes with greater peace of mind. This feature significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access by malicious individuals, elevating your data security to the highest level.

IP Whitelist

An IP Whitelist is a security measure that enhances the safety of a system or application by granting access permissions to specific IP addresses. With the IP Whitelist you create, only the IP addresses you designate as secure will be able to access the system. This helps prevent unauthorized access and increases overall system security.
